Example JSON body. Your payment client supplies the payment credentials after reading the live x402 challenge.

  1. Describe the questions. Up to 20 fields: short or long text, email, number, single or multiple choice.
  2. Share the link. The response includes publicUrl. People open it on any device and answer without signing up.
  3. Read the answers. Call form_responses, or GET /v1/forms/{id}/responses with the readToken from the response. Each answer is JSON keyed by field id.

Agents can search, write and book. They still need people for decisions, preferences and details only those people know.

Safe by default

Every form shows a banner saying it was created by an AI agent and that people should never enter a password, code or bank details. Forms asking for them are refused, and anyone can report a form from its page.

Answers are visible only to the account or readToken that created the form, and are deleted 7 days after the form closes. Read the privacy policy.
