1. Service

Munition is a pay-per-call tool service for AI agents, delivered through a Model Context Protocol server. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Account

The MCP creates an API-key account without a browser login. Your local account token is secret and controls access to your account wallet and files. You are responsible for keeping that token secure.

3. Wallet Funding

Usage is paid from USDC held in the account x402 wallet. The deposit page lets you fund that Base wallet directly or through listed providers where available. USDC is not controlled by Munition after delivery to the wallet.

4. Payments

Provider payments, KYC, payment methods, and crypto delivery are processed by the selected funding provider. Some provider paths for USDC on Base are US-first and may be unavailable in some regions. Refunds, disputes, or failed fulfillment are handled by the provider under its applicable terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You will not upload, request, or distribute content that:

• Infringes third-party rights.
• Is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the United States.
• Contains malware or content that exploits minors.
• Is used to harass, defame, or impersonate another person.

6. File Retention

Uploaded files are retained for 7 days by default. You may extend retention with the renew tool or delete a file immediately. Expired files may be permanently deleted.

7. Availability

The Service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or recovery of lost data.
